By reducing the time spent waiting and traveling for an appointment, we can help you feel better faster.

This program is for patients with headaches or migraines. If you have another neurological condition that isn’t a headache or migraine, contact your primary care provider to be referred to a specialist. More care is also available at our outpatient neurological clinic. 

As part of your personalized care plan, we might recommend Botox injections or other treatments that require in-person visits. If these are needed, we will help you find an appropriate specialist in your community and coordinate with them.

Yes, any non-headache-related services or specialist care like emergency room visits, hospital stays, imaging, and labs, are excluded. Specific exclusions include but aren’t limited to: 

• Vaccines 
• Prescriptions 
• Medical tests 
• Durable medical equipment 
• Specialty care 
• Long-term behavioral health therapy 
• Ancillary services – Imaging, Labs, Rehab
